Founded by Mr. Tan Jit Kee and Mr. Tan Heng Kee in1979.

Initial focus on small scale housing development, then gain its reputation and recognition in Sarawak construction industry’s for its consistency in delivering quality and timely construction of industrial factories & facilities in Sama Jaya Free Industry Zone, followed by building projects for University, Stadium, Commercial center, high rise Residence for armed forces and military base camp.
